A nonprofit organization experienced an overwhelming demand of clients needing housing & utility assistance due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This caused a significant increase in their existing workload, which quickly became difficult to manage. The organization reached out to another agency but unfortunately, it did not deliver the caliber of candidates necessary to fill their job openings.
Enter the trak group! Our Business Development Manager worked closely with the employer to understand what their needs were. This enabled our recruiters to connect with candidates that properly aligned with the employer’s needs. Due diligence was done by obtaining reference checks, screening, and matching each candidate’s skills.
The trak group has since successfully placed more than ten candidates at the nonprofit organization, who are all excelling in their roles.
