Anyone found to be engaging in any type of discriminatory behavior in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Further, anyone who retaliates against an employee for bringing forth a complaint about behavior that violates this will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
