Community Involvement

Giving back is part of who we are.

Organizations We Support

Each day, our employees make a difference in the lives and businesses of the communities we work in. We love helping people find fantastic new job opportunities and helping companies build their teams. But we don’t stop there.

Supporting Local Students

At trak group, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us for generations. For the 2024-2025 school year, we’re proud to partner with Adopt A Class (AAC) to mentor a 4th-grade class at Cincinnati’s School for Creative and Performing Arts, led by teacher Stacey Meeden.

Each month, our team visits the classroom to engage students in activities that foster professional, social, and personal growth. From building confidence to exploring potential career paths, our goal is to inspire and empower these young minds to dream big.

Adopt A Class creates meaningful connections between local businesses and schools, helping students develop essential life skills and encouraging a brighter future. We’re excited to play a small part in their journey and look forward to continuing our support.

Supporting Local Organizations

Our team is committed to volunteering on a regular basis so we can give back to people who are struggling or suffering. Everyone receives 8 hours of PTO a quarter to volunteer at the nonprofit of their choice. The work we do in the community is rewarding, and we are proud to support organizations like these.
