Community Involvement

Giving back is part of who we are.

Building community through connection is our mission. For us, that extends well beyond the workplace.

Supporting Local Students

At trak group, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us for generations. For the 2024-2025 school year, we were proud to partner with Adopt A Class (AAC) to mentor a 4th-grade class at Cincinnati’s School for Creative and Performing Arts, led by teacher Stacey Meeden.

Each month, our team visited the classroom to engage students in activities that foster professional, social, and personal growth. From building confidence to exploring potential career paths, our goal was to inspire and empower these young minds to dream big.

Adopt A Class creates meaningful connections between local businesses and schools, helping students develop essential life skills and encouraging a brighter future. We were proud to play a small part in their journey.

Showing Up for Our Community

Our people care deeply about the communities they’re part of — and we want to make it easy to act on that. Every trak group employee gets 8 paid hours each quarter to volunteer with the organization of their choice. From supporting neighbors in need to championing local causes, our team shows up. Some of the organizations we’ve had the privilege of serving alongside are listed below.
