Bryce Curran, Nora Banoun, and Steve Panzeca holding awards at trak’s 2026 Town Hall.

trak group Town Hall: Progress, People, and What’s Next

At last week’s trak group Town Hall, we took time to recognize the individuals who made a meaningful impact on our growth, culture, and success this year. These award winners represent what it looks like to lead with focus, drive, and a strong commitment to both our clients and candidates.

Business Development Manager of the Year: Nora Banoun, Director – Shared Services

Nora Banoun was named our 2025 Business Development Manager of the Year—and for good reason. Nora’s ability to build strong, authentic relationships and partner with top-notch clients truly sets her apart. Her consultative approach and dedication to delivering real value make her an obvious and well-deserved choice for this award.

Recruiter of the Year: Bryce Curran, Senior Recruiter – Manufacturing

Bryce Curran earned the title of Recruiter of the Year after an impressive first year at trak. Joining the team in April, Bryce came in laser-focused and quickly made his mark. His drive, consistency, and results propelled him to become the top producer among all recruiters. Simply put—Miami Bryce showed up and delivered.

Bryce’s supervisor, Steve Panzeca, shared:

“Bryce started in April and in 8 months, became trak group’s #1 recruiter. He set his own high standards for success both personally and professionally and didn’t look back. The sky is the limit for what he can do here.”

Impact Award: Steve Panzeca, Director – Manufacturing

The Impact Award was presented to Steve Panzeca for his outstanding contributions to the growth of trak’s manufacturing division. Steve was instrumental in expanding this practice area by breaking barriers, keeping his team focused on the right roles, and leading with clarity and purpose. His leadership had a direct and lasting impact on trak’s continued growth.

While it’s important to celebrate individual achievements, these wins also reflect the direction we’re heading as a company.

In 2026, trak’s goal is to become THE manufacturing and distribution recruiting partner in the tri-state—not one of many options, but the firm employers and candidates trust first. We’re achieving this by going deeper, not broader: building unmatched market expertise, strengthening local relationships, and equipping our team with the knowledge and tools to operate as true industry advisors.

Equally important, we’re committed to partnering with candidates—not just placing them. That means understanding their skills, goals, and long-term career paths, and advocating for them within the manufacturing and distribution community. When we serve both clients and candidates at a high level, we create stronger matches, better outcomes, and long-term momentum for everyone involved.

As we look ahead, I feel confident, energized, and incredibly proud of this team. trak is moving forward with clarity—clear focus, clear expectations, and a shared commitment to excellence. We’re building something intentional, rooted in relationships, accountability, and expertise—and 2026 is our opportunity to truly separate ourselves in the market.
