My recruiter and I had a great conversation. We talked about my interests, likes, dislikes, what I was looking for in a future workplace and workplace culture, among other things. It was very thorough. I had looked through their website for job openings, so at the end of the interview, I mentioned the posting, and my recruiter mentioned that they thought I would be a great fit for it. We reached out to the company to set up an interview, by the following week I had interviewed for two different positions and ended up with both offers. The whole process was fast but trak was there to support and guide me every step of the way.
