Mike McCullough began his trak group journey in 2009 and became CEO and second-generation owner in 2016. With roots in client service and recruiting, he brings a thoughtful balance of strategy and empathy to his leadership. Mike has led the launch of new divisions, implemented a scalable tech stack, and created trak group’s first Board of Advisors—all designed to support sustained, people-centered growth. Certified in multiple staffing disciplines, he’s passionate about building opportunity, fostering trust, and keeping trak group deeply connected to the community it serves.

Jennifer joined trak group in 2001 as an Account Executive and has since grown through nearly every role in the organization, ultimately earning the title of Chief Operating Officer. With over two decades of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build high-performing teams—both internally and for trak’s partners across the tri-state area. 

Jennifer is passionate about developing people and cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships.

She leads with a hands-on, people-first approach, investing in the success of trak’s internal team and ensuring every client and candidate feels seen, heard, and supported.

Her leadership reflects trak’s core belief: We Know People—and Jen lives that every day through her commitment to excellence, integrity, and connection.

With 18 years in staffing and recruiting and a strong foundation in manufacturing, Jeff leads growth and strategy at trak group—focusing on business development, sales processes, and long-term expansion initiatives. He’s known for aligning talent strategies with business goals, designing solutions that deliver real results beyond simply filling a role. From ERP launches to large-scale implementations, Jeff has helped guide clients through complex projects with clarity, confidence, and a commitment to outcomes. His approach is grounded in collaboration and long-term value, and he’s passionate about building partnerships that move businesses forward.

Outside of trak group, Jeff serves as Board President of Great Parks Forever and sits on the boards of the Denny Buehler Memorial Foundation and Valley Interfaith Community Resource Center, continuing his commitment to connection and community beyond the workplace.

Denise joined trak group in 2021 and has been a powerhouse of precision and reliability ever since. As Controller, she oversees all financial operations—managing everything from billing to reporting and compliance. Her work is thorough, timely, and trusted by the entire team. But Denise’s value goes far beyond the numbers. She’s also a driving force in trak group’s internal culture, helping plan monthly celebrations, contests, and team moments that bring people together. Known for her consistent and adaptable approach, Denise keeps the business grounded—and the energy balanced.

Carrie Wilke brings more than 20 years of administrative experience to her role as Office Manager at trak group. She’s the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly—handling phones, emails, candidate inquiries, office operations, and day-to-day logistics. Carrie also leads onboarding for contract and contract-to-hire employees, welcoming new team members and making sure they’re set up for success from day one.

Beyond the logistics, she plays a big role in shaping the office culture—planning events, tracking birthdays and anniversaries, and keeping morale high. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys being outdoors, spending time walking, hiking, camping, and visiting art museums.

With over a decade of recruiting experience, Bethany brings a sharp, people-first mindset to trak group’s manufacturing division. She partners closely with Greater Cincinnati companies to deliver dependable, high-quality talent while helping candidates grow into roles that align with their skills and long-term goals. Known for her transparency, follow-through, and clear communication, Bethany makes sure everyone involved knows exactly where they stand and what comes next. Highly driven and results-oriented, she puts in the work to deliver for her clients, candidates, and team.

With a decade of recruiting experience, Bryan Twilling serves as an Account Recruiting Manager within trak group’s Manufacturing practice. He supports a range of roles across engineering, operations, and related functions, bringing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to every search. Bryan believes great hiring starts with curiosity—taking the time to understand each candidate’s goals and each client’s business needs. Known as a steady, trusted partner, he delivers consistent results through strong relationships and follow-through.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, who help keep everything in perspective.

If it’s manufacturing, Bryce is your guy. With a background rooted in the industry, he brings hands-on understanding and no-fluff recruiting to every search. He’s known for keeping things real, building strong relationships quickly, and getting straight to what matters—matching candidates with jobs they actually want. Bryce thrives on fast-paced days, good conversations, and the chance to help people level up their careers. Also: big sports guy. Always down to talk shop, on or off the field.

Evan is a manufacturing recruiter dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with opportunities that help both candidates and companies succeed. As a recent graduate of Miami University, he brings a fresh perspective, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for building meaningful relationships within the manufacturing industry. Evan enjoys working closely with both clients and candidates to understand their goals and finding the right fit. Outside of work, Evan is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending live sporting events and cheering on the Reds and Bengals.

James Kim’s journey began in South Korea before moving to the U.S. in 1983, growing up across the East Coast from North Carolina to Atlanta to New York. After starting his career in finance and investments, he discovered his passion for recruiting when he relocated to Cincinnati in 2019. Six years later, James now serves as Division Director for Retained and Engaged Search | Executive Recruiting at trak group, where he partners closely with clients on strategic, high-impact hires. A three-time Recruiter of the Year (2021–2023), James is known for his thoughtful approach, strong relationships, and competitive drive—whether in search execution or on the pickleball court.

Outside of work, James enjoys building his bourbon collection and embracing his competitive streak wherever he can. He takes pride in helping Cincinnati talent connect with Cincinnati companies, strengthening the community he now calls home.

I’m Jason Miller, Account Recruiting Manager for trak group on our Shared Services team. We bring a mix of expertise and a passion for connecting top talent with growing businesses. My team and I focus on Accounting, HR, Sales and Marketing and Technology in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. 

I’m passionate about making a meaningful impact with the candidates I work with and watch their careers grow. I see myself as more than just a recruiter—I’m a trusted partner and resource throughout the entire process.

After earning my bachelor's degree from Ohio University, I started my career at Fifth Third Bank. In 2007, I transitioned to recruiting with Robert Half, where I became a multi-million-dollar award recipient and moved into management roles. In 2020, I joined Korn Ferry and then eventually over to Relate Search before finding my home at trak group.

When I’m not working, you can find me cheering on my two boys at their sports games or rooting for the Cincinnati Bengals. My family and I love spending summer weekends at Lake Cumberland and making memories together.

Nick brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to his work supporting manufacturing teams across Greater Cincinnati. After previously partnering with organizations in the behavioral health and nonprofit space, he has transitioned into serving the region’s growing manufacturing industry. With several years of recruiting experience, Nick is known for his consultative style, strong relationship-building skills, and steady energy—helping clients hire with confidence and build teams designed for long-term success.

As a Bilingual Recruiter with trak group, I partner with organizations across the Cincinnati area to recruit top talent in administrative, customer service, HR, accounting, and operations, delivering customized recruiting solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Bringing over three years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven record of success in staffing, client partnership, and candidate engagement, I thrive on building relationships and delivering exceptional hiring experiences. My background includes high-volume recruiting, strategic sourcing, talent pipeline development, and end-to-end recruitment management.

Randy Crenshaw is an Account Recruiting Manager at trak group, bringing more than a decade of recruiting experience to every partnership. As part of the Shared Services team, he supports a wide range of roles and organizations across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Known for his results and relationship-driven approach, Randy takes pride in helping clients build strong teams and guiding professionals toward meaningful career opportunities.

Outside of work, he lives in Fort Thomas, Kentucky with his wife and two kids—spending weekends cheering on his daughter at volleyball tournaments and supporting his son’s guitar performances.

With over a decade of recruiting experience and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, Steve leads trak group’s Manufacturing division with focus and precision. His team specializes in skilled trades, mechanical and electrical design, continuous improvement, engineering leadership, quality, and operations. Steve brings experience across all recruiting niches, but manufacturing has always been where he thrives—partnering with professionals and employers to build strong, lasting teams. His “why” is personal: his twins, Harper and Henry, are the motivation behind everything he does—reminding him daily of the value in building something meaningful.

With nearly seven years of recruiting experience in HR, Accounting, and Shared Services, Tyler brings a personalized, honest approach to every search. He’s focused on making sure candidates feel informed, supported, and confident in their next move. Before recruiting, he managed a distribution center in coastal North Carolina—an experience that shaped his strong work ethic and team-first mindset. Outside of work, Tyler is a proud husband and dad, and credits his dog Shadow—who was born blind—for reminding him daily of the value of adaptability and perspective. That same mindset guides how he helps people navigate career moves with clarity, confidence, and care.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Willhoite Kaufman is passionate about building relationships and helping others succeed. Growing up as a triplet with two sisters and an older brother, he developed a strong sense of teamwork and a competitive spirit through playing multiple sports.

Willhoite earned a degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Sales, where he also served as the Mental Health Committee Leader for his business fraternity. During college, he progressed from Sales Associate to Operations Manager of the largest Flyer Enterprises location, gaining valuable leadership experience within the $2.5 million student-run company.

As a Recruiter with trak group, Willhoite is committed to connecting great people with great opportunities while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music events, and staying active whenever he can.

Zac Odom is a Senior Recruiter on trak group’s Manufacturing team, bringing more than three years of staffing experience and six years in the manufacturing industry. His background gives him a deep understanding of the roles, challenges, and people that keep operations moving. Zac is passionate about building genuine relationships—helping candidates find meaningful career opportunities and supporting companies as they strengthen their internal teams. Driven, curious, and always looking to move the business forward, Zac thrives on connecting with people and making an impact.
