What do you love most about your role at trak?

I have experienced few things more rewarding than connecting a great candidate with an awesome hiring manager. I never thought I would find myself in the position to impact people on such a personal level. I cannot contain my excitement when a client tells me they love their new employee or when a candidate shares how they have improved personally, financially, and professionally.

What is the best piece of advice you give to your candidates and/or clients?

Always stay true to who you are. Do not worry about putting on that “interview” face or persona. Still spend time preparing answers and doing your research.  But, when you are your authentic self, either in hiring or job hunting, you will help yourself find both a better culture and career that fits.
